General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

Article 1 – General Information

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Beanie & Clyde (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer") placing an order on the website beanie-and-clyde.com.

By placing an order, the Buyer unreservedly accepts these GTCS.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, in the event of errors or omissions in the description, the Seller cannot be held responsible.

Product photographs are non-contractual and for illustrative purposes only.

Article 3 – Prices

All prices indicated on the site are expressed in [EUR/CAD] and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable at the time of the order.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Order
